How to Get on a Guestlist

Guestlist Deadlines and Timing
Every club has a cut-off time for guestlist submissions. At most Mayfair venues, you need to have your name in by early evening — typically between 6pm and 9pm on the night. Some of the busier clubs, like Cirque Le Soir and The Box, may close lists even earlier on Saturdays.
Arrival time matters too. Most guestlist perks — particularly free entry — require you to arrive before midnight. Show up at 1am and you may still get in, but you will likely pay the full door price. If you are planning pre-drinks nearby, keep an eye on the clock.
Midweek vs Weekend
On weeknights — particularly Thursdays — guestlists tend to be more relaxed. Deadlines are later, arrival windows are wider, and venues are more flexible with group composition. Fridays and Saturdays are tighter. If you are going out on a Friday or Saturday, confirm your guestlist as early in the day as possible.
