99 Regent Street

99 Regent Street (formerly Cuckoo Club) is the two-floor club behind the Swallow Street entrance at the Piccadilly Circus end of Regent Street, open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 4am. The Cuckoo Club name is no longer used: 99, also styled NinetyNine, is the Cuckoo founders reunited on the same floor with a new concept, opened in October 2026. Entry is for over 19s with physical photo ID.

Upstairs is the main room, where most of the tables sit, playing open-format hip hop and RnB. A staircase leads down to the second floor, which runs house and is darker and more dance-focused. Each floor holds around 200 people, and the club is finished in dark panelling, warm low lighting and banquette seating, with a long bar. Both floors run on Friday and Saturday; on Wednesday and Thursday one floor opens.

Tables start from £600 minimum spend, spent on drinks rather than charged as a fee on top, and a table covers entry for the whole group. The minimum rises with the night, the group size and the position in the room, and VIP and larger tables are arranged on request. Guestlist is by request and mixed groups are welcome: it is not a ladies-only list. Entry on the guestlist runs from free to about £50 depending on the night and arrival time, and we confirm names and the night's terms before you go.

The dress code is elegant and enforced. No sportswear, running trainers, shorts, caps or fancy dress; clean minimal trainers are at the door's discretion, and black is the safe choice. Membership exists at the venue, but the details are not published, and we book tables and guestlist for non-members. Private events and corporate hire are arranged through us, with capacities, minimums and terms on request.

The address has been a nightlife name since 1954, when Al Burnett's Stork Club drew guests from Harold Macmillan to Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor, and then the Cuckoo Club held the floor for the best part of two decades. Piccadilly Circus station is two minutes away; Oxford Circus and Green Park are walkable. Rumour on Dover Street, Tape London, Maddox and Dear Darling are all a short walk if you want a second room later in the night.
